"Welcome and thank you for visiting our website. I founded Humaneyes after two decades of international consulting experience in transformation, leadership, and management. Having worked all over the world with multiple different cultures and in a wide range of industries, I became very curious as to why different clients experienced different levels of breakthroughs, even though they were all exposed to the same approach. 

My insights of what really works in the world of leadership are summarized in the following three foundational principles:

• It is only by paying attention to people  - and not to performance - real transformation becomes possible
• Wherever empathy is present in a culture, the quality of performance is exceptional
• Always greet complexity with simplicity, by simply bring it back to people

Wherever these principles were present, or became present, breakthroughs occurred much more frequently and sustainably.  

This inspired me to establish Humaneyes as a vehicle to share these insights in a practical and applicable manner in order to help individuals, teams, and organizations  to consistently demonstrate exceptional and effective leadership."
